Introducing Saturday 658
Thank you for your interest in Saturday 658. I am a designer who enjoys creating wordpress themes. I don’t believe that just because something is free it should be inferior in quality. I aim to create themes that I myself would be proud to use on my own website and I hope that the outcome of my effort will be something you can use.
Description
Saturday 658 is a 2 column, fixed width theme designed to showcase your content with style. The theme has a right sidebar that is widgetized to allow you to drag and drop your desired widgets where you want to place them. The main content area on the homepage includes a featured content slideshow that displays a specified number of posts from a specified featured category.
Theme options
- Set a specific category to be the featured category
- Set the number of posts to feature
- Place ad banner in the header to the right of the logo title
- Place ad in the sidebar between widgets.
- Use a graphic for your title instead of text
- Easily use feedburner to manage RSS subscriptions.

I installed the updated 658 when asked.
Now I only get default as a style scheme and there is no horizontal scroller.
How do I load styles?
Sorry – I guess I did this when I first installed it – and now forgot how to do it.
